Praising Angelina Jolie's decision to go for double mastectomy to reduce her risk of getting breast cancer and having the courage to share it with the world, Indian filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar says the Hollywood actress has become an inspiration for women the world over.
`I bow to the courage and strength that Angelina Jolie has shown by talking about breast cancer and encouraging the women world over to fight it,` tweeted the 46-year-old filmmaker, known for movies like "Dev D" and two-part series "Gangs of Wasseypur".
Jolie revealed that her mum died of breast cancer at the age of 56, and doctors told her she had an 87 percent chance of getting the disease herself.
